  • Shipping fees are determined by the size and weight of every item in your order.
  • A tracking number will be provided with every order.
  • We use Canada Post, UPS, DHL or Purolator as our shipping couriers. 
  • All orders are insured for up to $100.
  • Insurance for your entire order (over $100) and Signature are offered for every delivery order at an additional charge. Please select the option at checkout if you would like to include this service in your order.
  • Our Mount Pleasant store is open Tuesday-Saturday 12PM - 6PM(EST). If an order is placed on a weekend, holiday, or outside of our normal business hours, the order will be prepared for shipment within the following 3-5 business days.
  • All online orders are final sale. Please reach out to us via email if you have any questions or concerns regarding your online order.
Canada
  • Orders will be shipped within 1-4 business days of receiving payment.
U.S.
  • Orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days of receiving payment.
