Second Nature Boutique is seeking a motivated and style-conscious Sales Associate to join our team for the summer season. As a long-standing destination for designer consignment, we pride ourselves on delivering a highly personalized shopping experience rooted in luxury, sustainability, and exceptional service.

Position Details
This is a seasonal role with an immediate start, running through the end of August, with the potential to transition into a longer-term position. The role is 4–5 days per week, averaging 25–30 hours weekly.

Key Responsibilities
You will be an integral part of the in-store experience, supporting both sales and daily operations. Responsibilities include:

• Providing attentive, high-touch customer service and styling support

• Maintaining visual merchandising standards across the boutique

• Assisting with daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures

• Supporting inventory flow, restocking, and organization

• Processing sales transactions efficiently and accurately

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion or luxury

• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to engage clients

• A keen eye for style, trends, and merchandising

• Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements
This role is active and hands-on. The boutique spans three floors, so candidates should be comfortable being on their feet for extended periods, moving throughout the space, and assisting with light lifting and inventory handling as needed.
