Social Media, Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist

As our Social Media, Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist you will be responsible for the development and execution of strategies for growth including the creation of compelling content, driving customer engagement and outreach for new business. Additionally you will assist with the daily upkeep of our online catalog and the processing of website purchases. We are seeking a diverse and organized individual who is ready to wear many hats and is looking for a creative and collaborative position within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand goals and objectives
    • Conduct competitive and audience research to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities
    • Evaluate the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools
    • Generate creative and engaging content on various platforms to captivate and inform our existing followers as well as reach potential new customers
    • Manage incoming customer inquiries via social media platforms, offering prompt and courteous assistance
    • Engage with our audience to maintain a professional and approachable online presence
    • Assist with our e-commerce platform including capturing, editing and uploading product images as well as processing and dispatching online orders efficiently while maintaining accurate inventory records
    • Liaise with relevant teams to implement changes, including product updates, promotions, and important information
    • Regularly review and update website content to ensure accuracy and relevance including routine checks for broken links, errors and user experience improvements
    • Research and compile data on both social media and fashion industry trends to ensure content is relevant and current


    • Minimum of 1-2 years in social media management, marketing or content creation
    • Comfortable with the development and execution of new strategy and the creation of outreach campaigns for new business
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • A self starter who is able to manage their own time effectively
    • Must be computer savvy, confident and able to learn new software quickly
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
    • Proficient with basic (phone) photography for product and content creation
    • Comfortable being “on camera” as needed for promotional purposes
    • Experience with e-commerce preferred including content management (Shopify)
    • A love for fashion including comprehensive knowledge of high end designer brands as well as a desire to keep up to date with current and upcoming trends
    • Experience with the adobe suite including photoshop preferred!
    • Previous experience in retail, fashion or consignment is not required but a bonus!
